Who is
Ashley Black?

After a near-death experience and becoming crippled, Ashley took her health into her own hands. Her quest led her to deeply research the obscure anatomical structure of the body-fascia. Her curiosity bloomed into her total recovery and the invention of tools to regenerate this vital human system. This has led to a 30-year career helping millions look and feel better, a 10-figure empire, and 9 million social followers. She lives in a Blue Zone in Costa Rica and is immersed in the science of longevity. Her life’s purpose is to share ongoing knowledge of fascia science and products while supporting a kinder, more ascended way of life. Ashley has 5 grown children.
